Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- We have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you are later than 10 minutes we will need to reschedule your appt. We are incredibly busy and want to get everyone that we can in. This being said, when people are late it makes us run late for the rest of the appointments. We will ask you to reschedule. Thank you for being respectful of our time.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If you cancel within the same business day it will result in a full charge as we will not have time to fill your appointment with the short notice.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 24 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-We do not do refunds.
